Ps Oupa Mnisi possesses a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Ministry degrees. He has served for many years in various HR related and leadership posts in the public sector. He further worked with small enterprises as a consultant specializing in streamlining processes, employee engagement and performance and leadership coaching. Oupa also served in various Church leadership and teaching the bible colleges.

Ps Vivian Mnisi has obtained Master of Science in Industrial Engineering as well as Ministry leadership Studies from Christian Family Church International Bible College. She has worked in public sector for many years. She is passionate and experienced in project management and system engineering. She served in various position together with her husband in the Churches and lectures in the bible college.
